Injury report: Capdevila out for three weeks
Joan Capdevila will be out for almost three weeks after suffering an ankle sprain in the weekend draw with Valencia at El Madrigal. Being the consistent player he is, he has never previously suffered a serious injury during his four seasons with Villarreal, and has missed just five games for the club during his time there. Good news is the injury isn’t as serious as first feared and he could return to full fitness just before the Christmas break.

This is a world-class game and we hope to offer a great show. It will be a nice game, both teams wants to win. According to history, Argentina is better than Spain but we are now on a roll we expect to continue this way for a long time. Argentina is more than Messi. I see Messi playing for Barcelona with more joy than with the selection. Messi is the best in the world and it’s always more motivating to play against the best.
